Why aren't there any orders showing on my KDS?

  1. Check to verify that Fresh KDS is showing up under Printers

  2. Yes - Continue to Step 2 No - Check to see if the tablet is connected to the same network

  • If they are connected to the same network, try restarting your tablet
  • Make sure Order Tickets is turned on
  • Make sure the correct categories are selected in your Square Register Still no orders?
  • Go to Settings, Select Apps, Select Fresh KDS
  • Tap Force Stop and Clear Data
  • Open Fresh KDS and enter your login information
