Each device sends a message to the server every half-hour. If the device has not sent a report to the server in the last half-hour, the device will show as being offline.
To troubleshoot the problem, you can follow these steps:
- Verify that the tablet is connected to the network
- Tap the ‘Menu’ button in the Fresh KDS app
- Tap ‘Ping’ to send an update to the server
- Check the page for your device within the Fresh KDS website
