Why does the website say my device is offline?

Each device sends a message to the server every half-hour. If the device has not sent a report to the server in the last half-hour, the device will show as being offline.

To troubleshoot the problem, you can follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the tablet is connected to the network
  2. Tap the ‘Menu’ button in the Fresh KDS app
  3. Tap ‘Ping’ to send an update to the server
  4. Check the page for your device within the Fresh KDS website
